Terms

In order to shop at Studio Minerva's webshop www.studiominerva.se, you must be over 18 years old.

 

Prices and Payment

All prices are originally stated in Swedish kronor (SEK). Payment can be made with payment cards such as Visa or Mastercard or with Klarnas pay later. 

Shipping

We deliver within the European Union and to the United States. Please be aware that for customers based in the United States of America there will be additional fees such as customs fees etc. These fees are collected by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Many of our products are not eligible for the de Minimis tax exemption. Please contact your local office for more information.

The shipping costs vary depending on country. The shipping costs are calculated when you enter your address information during the check out process. Read more about shipping under our shipping policy

Damaged item

If the packaging or the product has been damaged during delivery or collection please report this to us immediately by emailing us at customers@studiominerva.se. If the jewellery has been damaged in transit and it is not of any fault of the customer, we will send you a new item. In the event that the product is sold out, we will offer you another product with the same product value, otherwise you will of course get your money back.

Unreleased shipment

For shipments that are not collected, a fee is charged to cover Studio Minerva's costs.

Dispute

In the event of a dispute, Swedish law shall apply. Any legal disagreements arising from a contract or agreement where this clause is present will be resolved using the laws of Sweden

 

Force majeure

Events such as war, natural disaster, authority decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors, expensive circumstances and equivalent events beyond our control, which could not be foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure.
