Refund policy

Return Policy

If you for some reason would not not happy with your products, you have the right to return items within 30 days of receiving them.

To make a return:

1. Contact us by emailing customers@studiominerva.se to let us know that you are returning item/items.

2. The items must be unharmed, unused and in their original packaging.

3. The cost of the return freight is paid by the customer. Please choose a traceable service, Studio Minerva is not responsible for any return shipments that get lost on the way.

4. Your money will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the returned item/ items. Your money will be returned to the same card/ bank account that the original payment was made from.

Faulty products

If the packaging or the product has been damaged during delivery or collection please reported this to us immediately. Write to us at customers@studiominerva.se

If the product you received was faulty, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us by emailing customers@studiominerva.se to let us know that you received a faulty item. Please add photographs of the faulty product to the email, this makes the process quicker. 

2. If the item is faulty we will of course send you a new item free of charge.
