Where do you ship?

We currently ship within EU + Norway.

When will I receive my item?

If you are based in Sweden it normally takes between 2-5 business days. For international shipping the time may vary depending on your destination but usually it gets delivered within 5-7 business days.

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email. If for some reason you have not received your confirmation within 7 days of your purchase - please contact us by emailing customers(at)studiominerva.se

Shipping costs

Your shipping cost is calculated when you enter your address in the check out. Orders over 99 € get free shipping!

Uncollected packages

If a delivery is not collected by the customer in time it will automatically be returned to us. An administrative fee of 249 kr is charged for uncollected packages.
