Shipping policy

We currently ship within the European Union and to the United States. Please be aware that for customers based in the United States of America there will be additional fees such as customs fees etc. Read more down below under "customs"

When will I receive my item?

If you are based in Sweden it normally takes between 1- 3 business days. For international shipping the time may vary depending on your destination but usually it gets delivered within 7-14 business days. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email. If for some reason you have not received your confirmation within 7 days of your purchase - please contact us by emailing customers@studiominerva.se

Shipping costs

The shipping costs vary depending on which country you are located in. The shipping cost is calculated when you enter your address in the check out.

Customs

Please be aware that for customers in the United States of America there will be additional costs such as customs fees etc. These fees are collected by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Many of our products are not eligible for the de Minimis tax exemption. Please contact your local office for more information.
