In order to shop at Studio Minerva's webshop www.studiominerva.se, you must be over 18 years old.

Prices and Payment

All prices are originally stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. Payment can be made with payment cards such as Visa or Mastercard or with Klarnas pay later.

Shipping

So far we only deliver within the EU and the shipping costs vary depending on country. The shipping costs are calculated when you enter your address information during the check out process. Read more about shipping under our shipping policy

Damaged item

If the packaging or the product has been damaged during delivery or collection please report this to us immediately by emailing us at customers@studiominerva.se. If the jewelery has been damaged in transit and it is not the customer's fault, we will send you a new item. In the event that the product is sold out, we will offer you another product with the same product value, otherwise you will of course get your money back.

Unreleased shipment

For shipments that are not collected, a fee is charged to cover Studio Minerva's costs.

Force majeure

Events such as war, natural disaster, authority decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors, expensive circumstances and equivalent events beyond our control, which could not be foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure.
