Return policy
Damage during delivery
If the packaging or the product has been damaged during delivery please report this to us immediately. We will ask you to submit photos of the packaging and the product together with a description about what has happened.
Faulty products
If the product you recieved was faulty, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us to let us know that you recieved a faulty item. Please add photographs of the faulty product to the email, this makes the process quicker.
2. If the item is faulty we will of course send you a new item free of charge.

Return Policy
If you for some reason would not be happy with your products you have the right to return items within 14 days of recieving them.
To make a return:
1. Contact us to let us know that you are returning item/items.
2. The items must be unharmed, unused and in their original packaging.
3. The cost of the return freight is paid by the customer.
4. Your money will be refunded within 14 days of us recieving the returned item/ items. Your money will be returned to the same card / bank account that the original payment was made from.
