Maximalist fashion influencers and their jewellery
You know those days when you want to wear something that makes you look and feel amazing, but you also want it to be fashionable and comfortable? Where do you turn for inspiration?
Let me guess – social media?
You are not alone! We here at Studio Minerva love to follow fashion influencers who have found their own personal mix of fashion and statement. And who also love jewellery!
In this list we have gathered some maximalistic fashion influencers who we think have a fresh take on things!
Iris Apfel
We of course have to start this list with the ICONIC Iris Apfel.
If you are not familiar with Iris Apfel she was a american fashion designer and model and her motto was “More is more, less is a bore”. Unfortunatelly she passed away in 2024 at the honorable age of 102 years old!
She was easily recognized by the big glasses she liked to wear. But she also had some amazing jewellery!

Abby Silverman
Abby Silverman is a New York fashion influencer and the Creative Director at Cosmopolitan! Silverman loves layering necklaces and combining rings and wears a lot of vintage 80s-90s style earrings. She is not afraid of colors and patterns or combining new with old! Photos by Abby Silverman.
Jennifer Oseh
Jennifer Oseh is a Nigerian fashion influencer and art director based in Lagos. Oseh creates a fun mix combining African influences with western couture. She likes to spice up her outfits with big metallic earrings and / or big necklaces. Photos by Jennifer Oseh.
Fredrik Robertsson
Fredrik Robertsson is a Swedish fashion influencer and a true lover of couture! He is one of the few men who orders custom- made creations from Parisian haute coutour houses. Robertsson is known for his bold outfits and was recently nominated for the award for “The best dressed man in Sweden” by Café Magazine.
Nthabiseng Marie
Nthabiseng Marie is a South African / Swiss fashion influencer who likes hats! Marie likes to mix features that have traditionally been seen as feminine with those traditionally seen as masculine. She combines strict wests with flowy skirts and baseball caps with stacks of big shiney bangles. She wears mostly metallic jewellery and seems to prefer big bangles and rings.
